MERCHANDISE FAQ

What is your return & cancellation policy?

We do not offer any returns, refunds, or cancellations for Two Wolves merchandise items. All sales are final. If your order was damaged, or if you have a question about your order please email us at tribe@twowolveswine.com and include your order number.

 

What if I need a different size?

International Orders: We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Orders within the U.S.A: Size exchanges are accepted. Please email tribe@twowolveswine.com for more information. Only exchanges in size will be permitted – we cannot exchange to a different item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. You have 30 days to make the exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.). The shipping charge at the time of your order does not include customs fees. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by Two Wolves. If you do not pay the customs fees, your order will be returned.

 

What are the fees for International orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, we suggest checking with your local customs office. Please be aware that your local customs offices may send a separate invoice for customs fees. Invoice could arrive several weeks after your order has been received. 

Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order. 
Please note: Due to International shipping laws, we cannot declare merchandise as a 'Gift' on customs forms.

 

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. US orders with an express shipping method are usually processed and shipped the same day.

 

What are the charges for shipping inside of the US?

Shipping costs for US orders vary based on content and the destination. To determine available shipping options and costs, please add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will not be required to enter any credit card information until after the shipping method is selected. 

Please note that weight, dimension, and size may affect the total shipping cost on some items. A tracking number is available for all U.S. shipments. The quoted delivery time for each shipping method is an estimate.

 

When will my order be delivered after it has been shipped?

That depends on the shipping speed you chose at checkout.

Domestic Standard: 5-9 Business Days 

Domestic 2-Day: 2 Business Days

Domestic 1-Day: 1 Business Day

International Priority: 6-16 Business Days

International Priority (Duty and Tax Included): 6-14 Business Days

International Rapid: 4-5 Business Days

 

Will COVID-19 impact my order?

Some customers may experience shipping delays. We are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment center to ensure our teams remain safe, but we are processing orders on time.

Our carriers are experiencing some delays due to the pandemic or high volume which may add additional transit time for domestic orders. Shipments to destinations outside the US are expected to be delayed by 2-3 weeks due to transportation issues outside of our control.

 

What countries are you unable to ship to?

We can ship to all countries except: 

Bahrain, Brunei, Cambodia, Chad, Congo, Cuba, Fiji, Guinea, Honduras, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mongolia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-leste, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen

 

Can I have my Two Wolves wine and merchandise shipped together? 

Two Wolves wine and merchandise cannot be shipped together. Wine and merchandise are fulfilled at separate locations.
